Through life’s twists and turns, I’ve worked in every medium of film production, collaborated on big art for Coachella and Burning Man, co-created a circus with a few good friends and coordinated over 1,000 vendors for the Lightning In A Bottle Festival.

These experiences have given me an arsenal of skills that include; adaptability, budget management, communication, collaboration, efficiency, organization, problem solving, sourcing & safety.

Empathy is my super power. I learned from the best in the business and am forever grateful to my mentors. You nurtured my creativity, attention to detail, out-of-the-box thinking and showed me that my cognitive and compassionate empathy is a strength!

Credits & Experience:

According to her Mom, Dru was born on the hottest day of the year. Such a dramatic start, predestined a circuitous career in arts. A native Angelino, she’s been working in the film industry for more than 25 years. With her roots in method acting, she has built her art department career from her love of narrative storytelling, art and design. She’s worked in film, television, countless commercials as a prop master, buyer, stylist and consultant.

Dru joined IATSE Local 44 in the fall of 2010, is a member of The Property Masters Guild and has worked with well-known directors such as Marc Forester, Alejandro G Iñárritu, Luca Guadagnino, Lance Acord, Calmatic, Björn Rühmann, Matt Lambert, Brian Buckley & Rachel Morrison.
